Ros Sam-oeun aka Lakk had implicated Hao, deputy chief of office M-9 of registrar section in his confession. Sam-oeun confessed that Launh made contact with Hao at Chraing Chamreh to seek for his networks who just escaped from Thmei market. Later, Sam-oeun introduced his networks to Hao to strengthen their standpoint, which raised their awareness of not being, lured by the revolution.
