Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the face of Han, Secretary of Battalion, Regiment 11, Division 310. In the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeung arranged a meeting to control core traitorous networks. Chhan reported that Ham was a core leader of traitorous network.
