Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in November 1975 Horn, Secretary of Battalion 312, Division 310, joined the meeting with Oeun to review the outcome of the traitorous activities and to set a new treacherous network. The reason of this meeting was that to build up new Kampuchea Communist Party's forces and to prepare some weapons and foodstuff for destroying former Kampuchea Communist party.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ ថានៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ហ៊ន ចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ អឿន «៣១០» ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលក្បត់ និងលើកទិសក្បត់ថ្មី គឺកសាង កម្លាំងបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជាថ្មី ត្រៀមអាវុធ និងស្បៀងវាយបក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា។
