Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in the end of June 1975 An, Political Regiment 450, attended the meeting on meaning that some federal cadres were assigned to lead the struggle in order to identify geography and keep trace of a joint situation around Phnom Penh.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អាន យោធាវរសេនាធំ ៤៥០ ថាចុងខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ អាន បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី អឿន ពីខ្លឹមសារ ចាត់តាំងកម្មាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធដឹកនាំប្រយុទ្ធ ដើម្បីក្ដាប់ភូមិសាស្ដ្រ សភាពការណ៍រួមនៅជុំវិញភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងការវាយបក្ស។
