Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, conceded that in the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held a treacherous meeting on verifying core traitorous forces, who had just been built up. During the meeting, Chhan reported that Lang, Cadre of Division 310 Company, was a network, who could serve in traitorous activities in the future.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឡាង មាននាទីជាកម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ សមាសភាព កងពល ៣១០។ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អឿន និង រឿង បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ ដែលពួក វាបានកសាងកន្លងមកតាំងពីក្នុងសង្គ្រាមរហូតបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ នៅពេល នោះ ឆន បានរាយការណ៍ថា ឡាង ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើ សកម្មភាពក្បត់បានទៅអនាគត។
