Ros Siem aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Roeun, arranged a meeting which joined by all treacherous network that was built up since the last war. During the meeting, Chhan, cadre of Regiment [currently was arrested], said that Ham, secretary of Regiment 11, Lauch and Phon, soldier of Regiment 11, Bo, economic of Regiment 11, Thy,chief of Special unit, and Hon, chief of hospital, were core traitorous networks.
