Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeun arranged a meeting to control their core treacherous force they fashioned. Chhan reported that Phai was a force who could serve the treacherous activities in the futher.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អឿន និង វឿន បើក ការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ដែលពួកវាបានកសាងកន្លង មក។ ឆន រាយការណ៍ថា ផៃ ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាងបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ទៅអនាគតបាន។
