កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ros Siem aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that on 26 April 1975, in the assignment to lead the New Party, that separated from the Kumpuchea Communist Party, Hon joined with Khuon to prepare plans in order to take over the Kampuchea Revolutionary People Party, between 1975 and 1976. At the end of June, in the same year, Hon received plans from Oeun, [cadre] of Division 310, to assign Mach, special Unit, leaded the league committee to infiltrate into the Party, and to identify geography and keep trace of general situation around Phnom Penh in an effort to strike the party on their own.
រស់ សៀម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហុន បានចូលរួមជាមួយ ឃួន នៅថ្ងៃ ២៦ មេសា ៧៥ ខ្លឹមសារគឺចាត់តាំងដឹកនាំបក្សថ្មី ផេ្សងពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជា និងរៀបចំប្រយុទ្ធឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ដណ្ដើមផល បដិវត្ដពីបក្ស ប្រជាជនបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា។ បន្ទាប់មកនៅចុងខែ៦ ឆ្នាំដដែល ហុន បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី អឿន កងពល ៣១០ ចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្ព័ន្ធដឹកនាំប្រយុទ្ធ។ ការចាត់តាំងគណៈ កម្មាធិការ សម្ព័ន្ធនេះដើម្បីក្ដាប់ភូមិសាស្ដ្រ និងសភាពការណ៍រួម ជុំវិញភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីម្ចាស់ការវាយបក្ស ម៉ាចកងពិសេសជាអ្នក អនុវត្ដជាឆក់ស្ដែង។
