The report on the activities of bandit and C.I.A group in Damrei Mountain since 1968 till after the liberation's day on April 17, 1975 in which Thailand had supported these activities such as weapons and foodstuffs. Moreover, in May 1976, bandit and C.I.A group contacted In Tam and Chhan Reasei's networks and the American war ship 7 to intervene to fight to get Prey Nup and Kampong Som provincialtown.
