ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល១១៧ បាន និយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ចាំ គណៈស្រុកព្រែកប្រសប់ ជាកម្លាំងដឹកនាំ របស់បក្សថ្មីនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ សកម្មភាពរបស់បក្សថ្មីគឺបំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
