Chhim Meas aka Hoh, Secretary of regiment, Division 117, confessed that Eng Lay aka Chhun, Chief of Garage in Northern Zone, was a former spy of Prey Torting district chief. Chhim Meas indoctrinated Eng Lay to be traitorous to the party.
