Nop Khun aka Pheap, working in battalion of unit 117, confessed that in 1972, Hem received the plans from Ngan, Em, Rit, Kim and Pheap not to attack the enemy. Pheap assigned [Hem] not to join the army. In 1973, [Hem] received plan from Pheap to convince people to go against the revolution and to provoke conflict with the base authority.
ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយថា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ហែម ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការមិនសំរុកវាយខ្មាំងពី ង៉ាន, ឯម, រិត, គីម និង វា«ភាព»។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ពីវា«ភាព» មិនឱ្យចូលធ្វើទ័ព បំផុសយុទ្ធជនប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ បង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយមូលដ្ឋាន ក្រោយមកវារត់ទៅផ្ទះ។
