Nou Sophal aka Phat, working in fishing company, division 310, confessed that in October 1976, Huor, member of Phalla cooperative, Taing Kraing sub-district, Kampong Cham province, voluntarily served as a traitorous network of Phat, because Hour was not disillusioned with the evacuation of his parent by the Angkar. Nou Sophal assigned Hour to expand hidden forces at Phalla village.
នូ សុផល ហៅ ផាត អនុសេនាធំនេសាទ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ួ សមាជិកសហករណ៍ភូមិផល្លា ឃុំតាំងក្រាំង ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ថា នៅខែ ១០ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហ៊ួ ទទួលការអប់រំ ក្បត់ពី ផាត ដោយមានការមិនពេញចិត្ដនិងអង្គការពីបញ្ហាជម្លៀស «ពុកម្ដាយទៅឆ្ងាយ។ នូ សុផល ចាត់តាំង ហ៊ួ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង នៅភូមិផល្លា។
