Man Sambo, working at power plant 2, confessed that since 1970 Ou Phat, working at power plant 2, was a C.I.A agent of Tith Kung. After 17 April 1975, Ma Suos aka Lem confessed that Ou Phat linked his network with Bou Kheng in order to carry out an activity of burning down foodstuff warehouses, houses and children offices, and to convince workers to revolt against the revolution.
ម៉ន សំបូរនៅអគ្គីសនីទី ២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ផាត នៅអគ្គីសនីទី ២ ថាជាសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ទិត្យ គង់ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ម៉ា សួស ហៅ ឡែម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ផាត ថាក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ អ៊ូ ផាត ចូលខ្មែរសេរីក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ប៊ូ ខេង ហើយ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពដុតឃ្លាំងស្បៀង ដុតផ្ទះ ដុតមន្ទីរកុមារនិង បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
