1- Firm revolutionary stand of party's politics 2- Firm revolutionary stand of party's invisible feeling 3- Firm revolutionary stand of party's internal agreement 4- Firm revolutionary stand of party's leader assignation 5- Firm revolutionary stand of party's carfulness revolution and secret keeping 6- Firm revolutionary stand of self-independence 7- Firm revolutionary stand of biographical inspection 8- Firm revolutionary stand of social class 9- Firm revolutionary stand of moral and free politics 10- Re-educated and future leadership ability. លក្ខណៈសម្បត្ដិ ១០ យ៉ាងរបស់បក្សគឺ ១-គោលជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងមាគ៌ានយោបាយរបស់បក្ស។ ២- ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងសតិអារម្មណ៍អធនរបស់បក្ស។ ៣- ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងសាមគ្គីភាព ឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់បក្ស។ ៤-ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងមាគ៌ាចាត់តាំងដឹកនាំធ្វើការងាររបស់បក្ស។ ៥-ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងការប្រុងប្រយត្ន័បដិវត្ដរបស់បក្ស រក្សាការ សម្ងាត់។ ៦- ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងឯករាជម្ចាស់ការ ខ្លួនទីពឹងខ្លួន ធ្វើម្ចាស់ លើខ្លួនឯង។ ៧- ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងការធ្វើ និងត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រវត្ដិរូប ជីវទស្សន៍បដិវត្ដ។ ៨- ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងវណ្ណភាព។ ៩-ជំហរបដិវត្ដរឹងប៉ឹងខាងសីលធម៌រស់នៅស្អាតស្អំខាងនយោបាយ។ ១០- លទ្ធភាពកសាងខ្លួន និងទទួលនាទីដឹកនាំទៅអនាគត់។
