Kuy Chheng Lay, train worker, confessed that Norng Moeun indoctrinated Ung Ka, supervisor of economic warehouse of train unit in Phnom Penh, to betray [the party]. Ung Ka received a plan from Norng Moeun to attack the party in April, June, August and December 1976. Ung Ka kept fish till it became decayed. Seeing that he let the economic group cook it. In doing so, workers would get furious at the Angkar.
គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររថភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អុង កា អ្នកកាន់ ឃ្លាំងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នៅអង្គភាពរថភ្លើងភ្នំពេញថា នង មឿន អប់រំ អ៊ុង កា ឱ្យក្បត់។ អ៊ុង កា ទទួលផែនការពី នង មឿន វាយបក្ស នៅខែ៤, ៦, ៨ និង ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។ អ៊ុង កា ទុកត្រីឱ្យ រលួយទើបហៅសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឱ្យយកទៅស្ល ធ្វើបែបនេះដើម្បីឱ្យកម្មករខឹង នឹងអង្គការ។
