Kuy Chheng Lay, train worker, confessed that Uk Lay, steam engine technician, received Norng Moeun's plan to attack the party in 1976. Norng Moeun assigned Uk Lay to convince workers to rebel against the collectively regime and to hide the revolution.
គុយ ឆេងឡាយ កម្មកររថភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ឡាយ ជាងឡើងបង្គងយន្ដចំហាយថា អ៊ុកឡាយ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែន ការវាយបក្សពី នង មឿន នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។ នង មឿន ចាត់តាំង ឱ្យ អ៊ុក ឡាយ បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងរបបសមូហភាព។ អ៊ុកឡាយ ឃោសនាឱ្យកម្មករស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
