Uon Yoeun aka Set, Chief of State Commerce Group, confessed that Loem and Yeun were Chiefs of Office 309 in Sdaeng Chey. In 1974, they cooperated with Nhem to carry out traitorous activities; however, Nhem was arrested. After the liberation on April 17, 1975 Nhem assigned Loeng and Yeun to wait to receive equipment and to keep them secretly in Cheung Prey district.
អ៊ួន យឿន ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមនៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋបាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡឹម, យើន ប្រធានមនី្ទរ ៣០៩ នៅស្ដើងជ័យ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ អ្នកទាំង ២ មកទាក់ទងធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាមួយ ញ៉ែម «ចាប់ ខ្លួនហើយ»។ ក្រោយរំដោះ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ញ៉ែម បានចាត់ តាំង ឡឹង និង យើន ឱ្យចាំតែទទួលសម្ភារៈ និងថែសម្ភារៈដែល លាក់ទុកនៅស្រុកជើងព្រៃនោះ។
