Prisoner An Maong, a secretary of Preah Net Preah District and CIA, admitted that in November 1977, Hing ordered him to withdraw from the Boeng Reap front line to let the soldiers burn down the houses and bound those who refused to join and he also contacted with Thailand in 1976.
អ្នកទោសឈ្មោះ អន ម៉ោង លេខាស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះ ជាសេអ៊ីអាបាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពថានៅខែវិចិ្ចកា ១៩៧៧ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង បញ្ជាឱ្យ ដកថយពីខ្សែត្រៀមបឹងរាប ដើម្បីឱ្យពួកទាហានទៅដុតផ្ទះ ប្រជាជន និង ចាប់ចងប្រជាជនណាដែលមិនចូលដៃជើងជាមួយ ហើយមានការទាក់ទង ជាមួយពួកសៀម នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
