Um Samnang, train worker, confessed that Hong was angry with the party because of no any rest from working. Hong and his partisans planed to slaughter Tem at Train unit. In November 1976, Hong and his partisans joined together with White Khmer to prepare plan to attack the party.
អ៊ំ សំណាង កម្មកររទេះភ្លើងបានឆ្លើយថា ហុង ខឹងបក្សព្រោះអោយ ធ្វើការគ្មានពេលសំរាក។ ហុង និងបក្សពួកត្រៀមកាប់សមមិត្ដ តែម នៅរទេះភ្លើង។ ហុង និងបក្ខពួកត្រៀមវាយបក្សរួមជាមួយខ្មែរ ស នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។
