Um Samnang confessed that in 1976 Eng, train technician, assigned his networks to convince train workers to join with white khmer's soldiers by wearing white shirt when they attacked the revolution. At the end of 1976, Eng and other train technicians went to meet Thach Seung at Tany mountain in order to interrupt production transport. Eng was responsible for making and distributing leaflets in the local base.
អ៊ំ សំណាង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អេង អ្នកបចេ្ចទេសរថភ្លើងថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អេង ណែនាំឱ្យបក្ខពួកបំផុសឱ្យកម្មកររថភ្លើងថា មានទ័ព ខ្មែរសវាយបដិវត្ដ ដូចេ្នះកម្មករចង់ចុះចូលត្រូវពាក់អាវស។ ចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អេង និងអ្នកបចេ្ចកទេសបានទៅជួប ថាច់ សឺង នៅភ្នំតានី ដើម្បីរៀបចំការរាំងស្ទះការដឹកជញ្ជូនផលិតផល។ អេង មេគំនិតធ្វើ ត្រាក់ និងបាចត្រាក់តាមមូលដ្ឋាន។
