Khlok Say, member of repairing section, external commerce unit, confessed that in 1974 At, soldier of Kampong Thma sub-district, Santuk district, Kampong Cham province, was appointed as his new chief. Moreover, At gave 20 sack of salt stolen from somewhere to his network. In August 1975, At also informed Khlok Say that traitorous network stayed at Santuk district together.
ឃ្លោក សយ សមាជិកយានដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេស ផ្នែកជួស ជុលឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អាត យោធាសង្កាត់កំពង់ថ្ម ស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ថា អាត ជាមេថ្មីរបស់វា «ឃ្លោក សយ» ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ អាត បានលួចអំបិល ២០ បាវឱ្យបក្សពួកក្បត់។ នៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ វាជួប អាត ហើយ អាត បញ្ជាក់ថា កម្លាំងក្បត់នៅស្រុកសន្ទុកនេះនៅមូលគ្នាទេ។
