Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Phnom Penh energy headquarter, confessed that in 1969 Ham, cadre of Prek Krabao sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province, and Suor, deputy secretary of Kang Meas district, were CIA spies of Suy. Ham and Suor infiltrated into Prey Torting School in order to spy on revolutionary activities. They both, Ham and Suor, reported their work to Suy and continuously to Nhean and Thoeun, Kampong Cham provincial governor.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរចាត់ការថាមពលភ្នំពេញ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហំ កម្មាភិបាលសង្កាត់ព្រែកក្របៅ ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម និងឈ្មោះ សួ អនុលេខាស្រុកកងមាសថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៩ ហំ និង សួ ជាភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអា របស់ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុយ។ ហំ និង សួ បង្កប់ខ្លួនក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ពីបដិវត្ដនៅសាលាព្រៃទទឹង ហើយរាយការណ៍ទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ ស៊ុយ, ឯស៊ុយរាយការណ៍ទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ ញាណ, ធឿន ចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
