Report of Phok Chhay, called Touch, to Angkar about past activities since he was studying untill working at schools and ministries. He joined CIA in 1964. After that, he hided himself in revolutionary force and had a relationship with Hu Yon, Ta Chong and Ta Yin, Ta Krin, and so on. Phok Chhay called Touch was born on September 10, 1936 at Svay Prey village, Lom Chong subdistrict Samrong district, Takeo province.
សេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍របស់ ភោគ ឆាយ ហៅ ទូច ជូនអង្គការបក្ស អំពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពតាំងពីការសិក្សារហូតដល់ចេញបំរើការងារនៅតាមសាលា ក្រសួងការបរទេស រួចហើយបានចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៦៤។ ក្រោយមកបានមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ហើយមានការទាក់ទងជាមួយ ហ៊ូ យន់ តាចុង តាយិន តាគ្រិន ជាដើម។ ភោគ ឆាយ ហៅ ទូច កើតនៅថ្ងៃទី ១០-កញ្ញា-១៩៣៦ នៅភូមិស្វាយព្រៃ ឃុំលំចង់ ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ។
