Sao Peng aka Ham, working in Regiment 105, Region 106, confessed that since 1973, Sean, Member of Region 106, was indoctrinated to work as traitor by Hon, secretary of district, Northern zone. Hon used to have sex with few women, who were children of villagers. 5 people, secretaries of Kampong Thom district, Kampong Thom province got involved in enemy's confession.
