Sam Hom aka Phen, Deputy Chief of Division 310 group, confessed that in 1972, Yim, working in Political Battalion, Division 310, carried out treacherous plan such as inciting cadres and combatants to revolt against the revolution, burning down houses, and ammunition and rice warehouses. Between 1975 and 1976, Yim received plan from Ho to expand hidden forces in the revolutionary line, to destroy important equipment, and to induce combatants and cadres to oppose to the revolution.
ឈ្មោះសំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅកុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ យីម នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លាញផ្ទះ ឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ ឃ្លាំងអង្ករ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ យីម ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ហូ ឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
