It San aka An, chief of Reussey Keo gas group, confessed that in 1970, Lapp Ken, working in Reussey Keo gas unit, Phnom Penh, worked as enemy soldier for fifteen days. Furthermore, Ken was a person, who strongly loved reputation and position and disappointed with leaders not to promote him to high rank. After that, Ken was assigned to destroy the revolutionary cadres and the Angkar in Veal Rinh by shooting and using poisonous substance.
ឈ្មោះអ៊ីត សន ហៅ អាន មេក្រុមសាំងឫស្សីកែវ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡប់ កេន នៅសាំងឫស្សីកែវភំ្នពេញ ធ្វើទាហាននៅ សៀមរាបបាន១៥ ថ្ងៃ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ កេន ជាមនុស្ស ស្រឡាញ់មុខមាត់ បុណ្យសកិ្ក មានការថ្នាំងថ្នាក់និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មិនចាត់តាំងឱ្យឡើងតួនាទី។ បន្ទាប់មកកេន ទទួលផែនការឱ្យកំទេច កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដ និងអង្គការនៅវាលរិញដោយបាញ់ និងបំពុល។
