Uon Yoeung aka Set, Chief of State Commerce Group, confessed that in 1974, Loep and Yeun, Chiefs of Stoeng Meanchey office 309, contacted and carried out activities with Nhem. After April 17, 1975 Nhem assigned Loep and Yeun to received equipment that were secretly hidden in Cheung Prey district, and to take care them properly.
ឈ្មោះអ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត ប្រធានក្រុម នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាន និយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡឹប និង យើន ប្រធានមនី្ទរ ៣០៩ នៅស្ទឹង មានជ័យ បានទាក់ទងធ្វើសកម្មភាពជាមួយឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម កុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ញ៉ែម បានចាត់តាំង ឡឹប និង យើន ឱ្យទទួលសម្ភារៈ និង ថែទាំសម្ភារៈ ដែលលាក់ទុក នៅស្រុកជើងព្រៃ។
