កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
14 soldiers, working at Division 310, had implicated in enemy's confession. Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, confessed that Him, Deputy Chief of Battalion 124, Regiment 12, Division 310, was a traitorous network with Pheng. The both, Him and Pheng, took responsibility to provoke soldiers to flee from unit, and to steal rice that providing for soldiers, in order to prepare forces to attack the party. On May 25, 1976, Him received the plots to prepare the target in Phnom Penh in order to attack the party at 11 o'clock at night on May 1, 1976.
ឈ្មោះយោធាកងពល ៣១០ ចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ ជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយ ខ្មាំង។ ឈ្មោះ ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីម អនុយោធាវរសេនា តូច ១២៤ វរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ថា ហ៊ីមជាខ្សែក្បត់ ជាមួយ ផេង ហើយមាននាទីបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ និងកិប កេងអង្កររបបយុទ្ធជនទុកដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយបក្ស។ នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ហ៊ឹម ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យរៀបចំមុខសញ្ញា ក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញដើម្បីវាយបក្សនៅម៉ោង ១១ យប់ថ្ងៃ១ ខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦។
