Net Sakun aka Chet, driver of Hospital 310, confessed that Lao Lan, former chief of district 63 receiving and delivering section, hiding in unit K-39, was a network of Hon, and was arrested by the Angkar, because he had stolen the Angkar's properties. Hon assigned Net Sakun aka Chet to bring letter to Heng Kim-an in order to provide him the opportunity to hide himself in the military unit K-39.
