Chea Hoeun, living in Baray district, Kampong Thom province, admitted that Yong Heng, was a C.I.A network of Muong. After April 17, 1975 Yong Heng carried out anti-revolutionary activities by destroying banners, spreading leaflets in bases, burning down monastery in Svay village, and raiding on San, chief of village.
ឈ្មោះជា ហឿន នៅស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ យ៉ុង ហេង ជាខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា របស់ឈ្មោះ មួង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ យ៉ុង ហេង បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ដោយបំផ្លាញបដា សរសេរត្រាក់យកទៅបាចតាមមូលដ្ឋាន ដុតកុដ្ឋ លោកនៅភូមិស្វាយ និងពួនស្ទាក់រកសម្លាប់ប្រធានភូមិឈ្មោះ សន។
