Yim Oeun, working in Phsar Thmei rice warehouse's 50-member cell, confessed that Leng So, chief of Division 450 regiment, had met him in Phsar Thmei market and indoctrinated him. Leng So had conflict with socialist building. In March 1976, Oeun joined the meeting in So's house in order to receive plan to collect and to steal equipment.
ឈ្មោះ យឹម អឿន កងហាឃ្លាំងអង្ករផ្សារថ្មី បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡេង សូរ ប្រធានវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ បានជួប គ្នានៅផ្សារថ្មី ហើយបានអូសទាញខ្លួន។ សូរ ទំនាស់និងការកសាង សង្គមនិយម។ ខែ ៣-១៩៧៦ អឿន បានចូលប្រជុំនៅផ្ទះរបស់ សូរ ដើម្បីទទួលផែនការប្រមូល និងលួចសម្ភារ។
