Sheun Chov, called Chao, 49 year-old, Khmer Kampuchea Kroam, at Sampan Kroam village, Prek Ambil subdistrict, No. 20 district, confessed that in 1932 he studied Vietnamese at Prey Nokor for 2 years. During 1938-1942, he studied Khmer at Battambang and at Phnom Penh afterward. On January 25, 1951 was a soldier till 1953 that he went to study at Military Officer School in Phnom Penh. From 1954-1964, he went back to be a soldier, ranked from chief warrant to captain at Ministry of Material Phnom Penh. On September 1973, he was promoted to lieutenant colonel and moved to hold position of chief if Ministry of Refine. On January 1975, was promoted to colonel, working at the same place till April 17, 1975. He was detained by Angkar on September 20, 1975.
ឈ្មោះ សឺន ចូវ ហៅ ចៅ អាយុ ៤៩ ឆ្នាំ ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម។ នៅភូមិសំប៉ានក្រោម ឃុំព្រែកអំបិល ស្រុក ២០ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៣២ រៀនអក្សរយួននៅព្រៃនគររយៈពេល ២ឆ្នាំ។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៣៨ ដល់ ១៩៤២ រៀនអក្សរខ្មែរនៅបាត់ដំបង ក្រោយមក នៅក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។ ថ្ងៃ ២៥-មករា-១៩៥១ ធ្វើទាហានជានាយឯក រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៣ ចូលរៀននៅសាលានាយទាហាននៅភំ្នពេញ។ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៤-១៩៦៤ ធ្វើជាទាហាន ឋានៈនាយចំណង់ រហូតដល់សកិ្ក៣ នៅក្រសួងសម្ភារភំ្នពេញ។ ខែ កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ពាក់សកិ្ក៤កន្លះ ហើយផ្លាស់មកទទួលតំណែងចៅក្រសួងចម្រាញ់ និងជំរះសម្ភារចាស់ៗ។ នៅខែ មករា-១៩៧៥ ពាក់សកិ្ក៥ ធ្វើការនៅកន្លែងដដែលរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃ ១៧-មេសា-១៩៧៥។ សឺន ចូវ ហៅចៅ ត្រូវបានអង្គការឃាត់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី ២០-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៥។
