Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, Secretary of Battalion 12, Division 310, confessed that Loem, coming from North Viet Nam, currently woring in Kampong Cham province, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Khuon to actively expand treacherous forces in military line, to destroy the Kampuchea Communist Party's developing plan; moreover, he persuaded combatants to defect their unit.
ឈ្មោះ សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាននិយាយថា ឡឹម «ហាណូយ» បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅកំពង់ចាមបាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ឱ្យណែននៅ ក្នុងកងទ័ព បំផ្លាញផែនការវាយសំរុករបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា និងបំផុសកងទ័ពឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរ។
