Srei Lam aka Phoap, Chief of Division 310 Messengers Group, confessed that in April 1976, Yom, working in Company, Battalion 312, Division 310, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Ek to mobilize forces so as to destroy the revolutionary equipment, and to shoot cadres to get their guns. In July and December 1976, Yom received plan from Mach to expand hidden forces in the revolutionary line, and to burnt down weapon and rice warehouses.
ឈ្មោះ ស្រី ឡាំ ហៅ ភាប់ ប្រធានក្រុមនីរសារកងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ យ៉ុម អនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៣១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ឯក ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដ បាញ់ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលយកកកាំភ្លើង។ ខែ៧ និង ខែ១២ ១៩៧៦ យ៉ុម ទទួលផែនការពី ម៉ាច ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដុតបំផ្លាញ ឃ្លាំង អាវុធ អង្ករ។
