Ros Seam aka Son, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 13, Division 310, admitted that in the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeung held the treacherous meeting on verifying core traitorous forces; during that time Mach reported that Yut, Chief of Battalion 311 Battalion, Division 310, was a network, who could serve in the traitorous activities in the future.
