Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 310, admitted that Lan, Chief of Region 42 Commerce, was a former chief of military unit. In 1972, Lan introduced Prum Phat to Ran, chief of Chamkar Leu district office and other one called Ran, working in animal raising and vegetable growing section. Until December 1973, Rath had plan to collect Prum Phat's troop in order to prepare fighting behind the revolutionary forces sent to Kampong Cham provincial town. After that, Vit assigned Sou and Lan to command his troop in order to prepare fighting behind the revolutionary forces.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសារកងពល ៣១០ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះឡាន ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ ៤២ ជាអតីតប្រធានយោធា។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ឡាន បាននាំខ្លួនឱ្យស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ រ៉ន ប្រធានមនី្ទរ ស្រុកចំការលើ និងម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ រ៉ន ដែរ ចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ និងថែទាំ ចំការ។ លុះដល់ខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ រដ្ឋ មានផែនការយក កម្លាំងធំរបស់ខ្លួន វាយពីក្រោយកម្លាំងរបស់បដិវត្ដបញ្ជូនទៅក្រុង កំពង់ចាម។ ក្រោយមក រិត បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យ ស៊ូ និង ឡាន កាន់ កម្លាំងវាយពីក្រោយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
