Chhan reported to party about fighting party's plan and fighting tourist's plan in order to spoil the politics and influence of party to the world, so they can no longer be trusted. These plan was in-tracted by Bang Ath and Kheov during summer season in 1978 and the early 1979.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាន បានរាយការណ៍ជូនបក្សពីផែនការវាយបក្ស និងផែន ការវាយភ្ញៀវបរទេស ដើម្បីបង្ខូចនយោបាយ និងឥទិ្ធពលរបស់បក្ស លើសកលលោកលែងឱ្យជឿ និងលែងគាំទ្របក្ស។ ចំពោះផែនការ វាយបក្ស និងវាយភ្ញៀវនេះ បានទទួលការណែនាំពីបង អាត និងបង ខៀវ នៅរដូវប្រាំងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៨ និងដើមឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩។
