This was the name list of 14 people in Region 43 who implicated in enemy's confession. Neam Savann, working in the office M-4, confessed that Hien, was a former supervisor of Kampong Thma garage office. In January 1973, Him, former 1st class lieutenant, assigned him [Neam Savann]to infiltrate into the revolutionary line with Hien. After that, Hien nominated him [Neam Savann]to destroy the Angkar's cars, weapon, and the revolutionary forces.
ឈ្មោះ នាម សាវ៉ាន់ នៅមនី្ទរម-៤ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហៀន អតីតអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវមនី្ទរធ្វើឡានកំពង់ថ្ម។ នៅខែ១ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហ៊ឹម អតីតទាហានសកិ្ក ២ បានចាត់តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យមកបង្កប់ជាមួយ ហៀន នៅកុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក ហៀន បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យខ្លួនបំផ្លាញឡានអង្គការ កំទេចគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។ មនុស្សនៅតំបន់ ៤៣ ចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ ជាប់កុ្នងចម្លើយខ្មាំង។
