Min Soeun aka Doeun, chief of fishing unit, admitted that Long Heng and Seng Sam Ol, were military messengers of Company 73. Vung Thy, secretary of Regiment 73 in Region 73, was a supoervisor of Long Heng and Seng Sam Ol. Besides, Min Soeun aka Doeun did not additionally clarify their activities.
