Min Soeun aka Doeun, Chief of State Fishing Unit, admitted that Preap Ret, commander of platoon 113, Battalion 302, Sou Sun, commander of Platoon 112, Battalion 302, and Him Sai, working in Battalion 302, were networks of Vung Thy, secretary of company. Moreover, Vung Thy indoctrinated them to work as traitors. After that, they were responsible for convincing combatants to defect their unit and shooting dead comrade Sun, deputy secretary of company 2, battalion 306.
