Ly Bunsoeun, C.I.A member in Kampong Chhnang province, confessed that in April 1975, Lao Ho, living in Prey Torting sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province, was a car boss. In 1964, Ly Bunsoeun worked as Lao Ho's car worker; until April 1976 he worked as hidden network of In Tam, and took responsible to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to assign forces to hidein Kampong Cham region.
ឈ្មោះ លី ប៊ុនសឿន ជាសេអ៊ីអា ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡៅ ហូ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ នៅឃុំព្រៃទទឹង ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ កំពង់ចាម ជាថៅកែឡាន។ នៅកុ្នងឆ្នាំ១៩៦៤ ខ្លួនបានធ្វើជាកម្មករ ដើរឡានឱ្យ ឡៅ ហូ លុះក្រោយមកនៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឡៅ ហូ ធ្វើជាខ្សែបង្កប់របស់ អ៊ិន តាំ បានដើរបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ និងចាត់ចែងកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅតំបន់កំពង់ចាម។
