Ly Bunsoeun, chief of C.I.A in 1971, confessed that in February 1975, he and Em Aun, living in Khvet Thom village, Prey Chhor district, Region 42, went to meet In Tam in Thailand. After April 17, 1975 In Tam sent Em Aun to work as bandit in Malai Mountain with lieutenant colonel Chhay Huot Meng. In August 1975, Chhay Huot Meng assigned Em Aun to hide himself in region 42 in order to find out weapon warehouse and convince people to revolt against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ លី ប៊ុនសឿន ជាមេសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ បាននិយាយ ថានៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ខ្លួន និងឈ្មោះ ឯម អូន នៅភូមិខ្វិតធំ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ តំបន់ ៤២ បានទៅជួប អ៊ិន តាំ នៅប្រទេស សៀម។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អ៊ិន តាំ យក ឯម អូន ទៅនៅភំ្នម៉ាឡៃធ្វើចោរព្រៃជាមួយសកិ្ក ៥ ឆាយ ម៉េងហួត។ នៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឆាយ ម៉េងហួត ចាត់តាំង ឯម អូន ឱ្យទៅ បង្កប់នៅតំបន់ ៤២ ដើម្បីស៊ើបរកឃ្លាំងអាវុធ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
