កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Lach Khorn aka Thorn, working in Division 290 Big Unit, admitted that Hin Choeun, Chief of Division 290 Big Unit, was a network, who had been convinced to work as traitor by him. After that he and Hin Choeun received plan from Norng Samean, chief of Division 290 Battalion, to get ready to shoot cadres, who separately patrolled, and messengers, and to provoke soldiers and people into having conflict constantly. In 1976, Hin Choeun received plan from Thoeun, chief of division 290 battalion, to gather remaining forces to flee to Vietnam, and to recruit Khmer national as soldiers in order to fight back the revolutionary forces.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន កងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ិន ជឿន ប្រធានកងធំ កងពល ២៩០ ជាមនុស្សដែល ខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ ក្រោយមកខ្លួន និង ហ៊ិន ជឿន បានទទួល ផែនការពី នង សាមាន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យ ត្រៀមបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលដើរធ្វើការដាច់ខ្សែនីរសារ និងបន្ដ ឃោសនា ខៃ ទំនាស់កុ្នងជួរកងទ័ព និង ប្រជាជនឱ្យជាប់។ លុះដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ហ៊ិន ជឿន ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ធឿន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងដែលសល់ប៉ុន្មានរត់ទៅយួន ហើយ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងជនជាតិខ្មែរទៅបង្កជាទ័ពវាយបកមកលើកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ វិញ។
