Hong Sim aka Srim, working in Hospital P-31 Big Unit, conceded that in November 1975, he and Lai, Soldier of Big Unit, Battalion 313, Division 310, joined the meeting to receive the nomination form Phatt, Soldier of Battalion 313, to link with the networks of Than, working in Hospital P-31. Lai was sent back to his previous unit, after working in hospital P-31 for 3 days.
ឈ្មោះ ហុង ស៊ីម ហៅ ស្រ៉ីម កងធំ អង្គភាពពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ១១ ១៩៧៥ ខ្លួន និងឈ្មោះ ឡៃ យោធាកងធំ វរសេនាតូច ៣១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមទទួលការចាត់តាំង ពីឈ្មោះ ផាត់ យោធាវរសេនាតូច ៣១៣ ឱ្យមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ថន នៅពេទ្យព-៣១។ ឡៃ មកនៅពេទ្យព-៣១ បាន ៥ថ្ងៃ ក៏បាន ដកទៅអង្គភាពដើមវិញ។
