Im Voeun aka Kaet, Deputy Chief of Battalion 31 in Kampong Som port, confessed that Chhum, San, Pol, Chem, Saing, Chhan, Mol, Rit, Srong, and Sat had joined the meeting and received plan from Nhem, working in state commerce, to build up hidden forces in the Ministry of Commerce, to persuade combatants to oppose to the revolution, and to burn down gas, white gas, and factories.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ឹម វឿន ហៅ កើត នាទីអនុវរសេនាតូច ៣១ នៅកំពង់ ផែកំពង់សោមបាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះឈុំ, សន, ប៉ុល, ចែម, សាំង, ឆន, ម៉ុល, រិត, ស្រុង និង សាត បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែន ការពីឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម នៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងនៅកុ្នង ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យបះបោរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ឱ្យដុត បំផ្លាញបេ្រងសាំង បេ្រងកាត និង ដុតរោងចក្រ។
