ខេស៊ីអាយ០២៩០ ២០០៣០៦១៤, ភូមិកងតាណឹងទី៣ ឃុំ កងតាណឹង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។ សម្ភាសដោយ ឡុង ដានី។ កំណត់សំគាល់ៈ ហូរ ផាន បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបសម្ភាសជាមួយ ញូវ វ៉ាន ជាម្តាយ។

សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ho Phan alias Than, male.
Than disappeared. Meet with Nhauv Van, who was a mother, 78 year olds. Phan had a father, Ho Veun. There were 5 siblings. He was born in Kang Ta Ning 3, Kang Ta Ning sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a childhood, he studied at school and became a monkhood at Raka-A about 2 years. And after he left a monkhood he came to help his parents to do farming. In 1973, he volunteered to join as the Khmer Rouge soldier. He first was at Kang Meas sub-district office and then it was heard that Angkar sent him to battlefield. It was not known which battlefield he was. In 1975, when the Khmer Rouge won but it had not been seen him come back to homeland and then his father knew that his son (Phan) was at Phnom Penh, so he (father) started the trip. He met his son at Phnom Penh and meanwhile, his son was a soldier. When father returned to homeland the son told that Angkar took him to the Ratanak Kiri to protect border. Since that time until today, it was not heard about his son both named Phan and Hieng joined revolution. According to biography of Phan joined the revolution in 1973 and in the mid 1975 Angkar sent to protect border in Mondul Kiri province at Division 920.

បានរៀនសូត្រនៅសាលានិងបាន បួសជាព្រះសង្បនៅវត្ដ រកាអារបានចំនួនពីរវស្សា ពេលសឹកមកវិញបានជួយធ្វើស្រែ ចម្ការឪពុកម្ដាយ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលធ្វើជា យោធាខែ្មរក្រហម ចូលដំបូងនៅត្រឹមសាលាស្រុកកងមាស ដល់ក្រោយមកទៀតឮថា អង្គការបញ្ជូនទៅសមរភូមិបាត់ហើយ តែមិនដឹងថា ទៅសមរភូមិត្រង់ណាខ្លះ ទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ពេលខែ្មរក្រហមទទួលជ័យជម្នះក៏មិនបានត្រឡប់មកលេងស្រុក កំណើតដែរ តែ ឪពុកដឹងថាកូនឈ្មោះ ផាន នៅភ្នំពេញ ក៏ធ្វើដំណើរទៅរកក៏ជួបកូននៅភ្នំពេញមែន ធ្វើជាយោធា ពេលឪពុកត្រឡប់មកស្រុកកំណើតវិញកូនប្រាប់ថា អង្គការជិត
បញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅខេត្ដរតនគិរីដើម្បីការពារ ព្រំដែន តាំងពីនោះមក ដល់ពេលនេះបាត់ឈឹងរហូត បាត់កូនឈ្មោះ ផាន មួយ ឈ្មោះ ហៀង មួយ ចូលបដិវត្ដទាំងពីរនាក់។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប ផាន ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩ ៧៥ អង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅការពារព្រំដែនខេត្ដមណ្គលគិរី កងពល៩២០។
