Um An, soldier of railroad repairing unit, confessed that Yim Sithan, soldier of railroad repairing unit, was a C.I.A network and carried out activities to spread leaflets in factories and offices, to convince people to revolt against the revolution based on actual circumstances, to destroy the party's cadre forces by throwing grenades and shooting, and to devastate equipment, and other machines in railroad repairing factory in April 1976.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុម អន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវដែកបាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ យឹម ស៊ីថន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវដែក ជាខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបាចខិតប័ណ្ណនៅតាមរោងចក្រ មនី្ទរ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដតាមសភាពការណ៍ជាក់ស្ដែង បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងកម្មាភិបាលរបស់ បក្សតាមការបោកគ្រាប់បែក និងបាញ់ ហើយបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ ម៉ាស៊ីនផេ្សងៗ នៅរោងចក្រជួសជុលផ្លូវដែកកុ្នងខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។
