Veng was a soldier at squad 1, platoon 1, company 3, battlion 142, regiment 140, bridgade 3. He joined Khmer Serey (Khmer Liberty) on March 1976 under the supervision of Srun and Khun and provoked internal disagreement amongst our comrade, and revolved against party by trying to fight Steung Hav revolutionary army Voeun was a soldier at battlion 143, regiment 140, bridgade 3. He joined Khmer Serey on March 1976 under supervision of Sam Mean and Srun. He argued with our Southwest comrade.
ឈ្មោះ វេង យុទ្ធជននៅក្រុម ១ អនុសេនាតូច ១ អនុសេនាធំ ៣ វរសេនាតូច ១៤២ វរសេនាធំ ១៤០ កងពលទី ៣ ចូលខ្មែរសេរី នៅខែ មីនា-១៩៧៦ តាមការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះស្រ៊ុន និង ខុន ហើយ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសមិត្ដយើងឱ្យបែកបាក់គ្នា បះបោរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ បំរុងវាយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅស្ទឹងហាវ។ ឈ្មោះ វឿន យុទ្ធជននៅ វរសេនាតូច ១៤៣ វរសេនាធំ ១៤០ កងពលទី ៣ ចូលខ្មែរ សេរីនៅខែ មីនា-១៩៧៦ តាមការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ សាម មាន និង ស្រុន ហើយបង្កទំនាស់ជាមួយមិត្ដយើងខាងនិរតី។
