Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Energy Management Office in Phnom Penh, confessed that Suy, secretary of Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province, was a spy for Nhean Thieng, governor of Kampong Cham Province and took the responsibility for locating the revolutionary bases, building up CIA forces, and tracing down and destroying the revolutionary movement.
